Please note, appointments are limited and it is recommended you book well in advance.
ABOUT M EQUESTRIAN SADDLE FITTING
Mel is an ASFA qualified, completely independent saddle fitter. Mel is not associated with any store or brand of saddle.
Having been trained independently in saddle fitting and being an experienced rider in many disciplines means Mel is able to objectively assess and expertly adjust and fit any make or style of saddle to your horse.
During your saddle fitting appointment you can be assured of a completely honest and unbiased professional opinion on the fit and suitability of your saddle.
A basic overview of how your saddle fit appointment will be carried out is as follows;
- Inspection and assessment of your horse
- Assessment, inspection and health check of your saddle and current fit to your horse
- Adjustment of your saddle and rechecking of the fit (most adjustments are completed on site)
- Ridden assessment (please ensure you bring everything you need to ride including a helmet. If you can not ride then as a minimum, lunging the horse is acceptable.
Upon your booking being made, please read the email you receive carefully as it contains important information about your appointment.
Deposit and cancellations
A $100 deposit is required within 24 hours of your booking being made to secure your appointment. If not paid your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment the deposit will not be refunded.
To cancel your appointment you must email saddlefit@mequestrian.com.au
Whilst rare, be aware that your time may be moved to an earlier or later time to prevent gaps in the scheduling and maximise the number of appointments available for everyone. You will be advised if your appointment time is being moved.
